Nail Polishing Machine
 

These polishing machines are used for mass produced articles like nails. The nails are loaded into the drum. And suitable quantity of sawdust or leather cutting is added. They are tumbled for approx. 40 - 60 minutes, depending on the dirt accumulation on the nails.

There are choice of 2 models : Model PB - 250 for 250 Kg cap and Model PB - 500 for 500 Kg cap. RPM : 40

Nail Cutter Grinder

Nail cutters made of high speed steel. Cutter loses sharpness in 18 - 20 hours. Such blunt cutters must be resharpened by Nail Cutter Grinder. There is choice of 2 models. NCG - 200 and NCG - 300 model.

NCG - 200 is suitable for nail machines. Model PIP, P-1, P-2 and Model NCG - 300 suitable for model P-3, P-4 and P-6.
